Paul,

You've hit on a very good point!

DAA's First run Design/Engineering/Production capability of State of the Art Technology combined with TGCC's advanced Network Telecomm Convergence systems could make for a mean combination going forward.

If you go to the DAA website and look at their client list they mostly cater to High Tech co's. These guys do High Tech work and will continue to do so for TGCC as well.

The small size and limited bureaucracy of the combined Co's could lead to development of some high tech products keeping TGCC on the leading edge of Technology for many years to come.

TGCC's TeraCOM system has Non-Obsolescence and modular capability built in which will allow them to upgrade at minimal cost at the end of each service contract. This will keep their clients ahead of the competition and on that cutting edge of technology. This is something their prospective customers will be looking hard at when making decisions.

I'm sure these two Co's have already set down and discussed where they could go together and are working on a list of products that could enhance the Networking Telecomm industry designed around the TeraCOM product. This will keep them well ahead of the competition in Networking Telecomm, Video Conferencing, Convergence of voice date and video as well as peripherals such as the Fingerprint scanner, voice and retina identification systems, etc.

Who has ever visualized that they would be able to operate their computer from voice commands only and eliminate that pesky keyboard. It may not be as far off as we think with the Virtual Reality technology, processing power and engineering capabilities these two Co's possess, IMO only. It's a dream but may not be for long!

See Ya!

Ric D.

From the FWIW department: LordNerd on the Raging Bull thread has declared that a multi-million dollar contract award will be announced in the next 60 days. This would seem to square with IR dropping hints that something significant is brewing, to be announced in the next couple of months.

Also, as far as I can tell, the Yahoo! club is broken. I can't post to it and I've heard others can't as well. As long as there are no new developments, the Club will remain current.
