Enigma,
The Jones case was about politics and money, and the Supremes made a big mistake in allowing it to be brought forth during Clinton's term, but when you take the oath to tell the truth, you have to do just that - tell the truth.

You and I may agree that the Jones case was bogus, but that's what the court is there to do - rule it as being bogus if in fact it is. But before the court does that, they have to know the facts. When you are under oath, you have to answer honestly. Otherwise there can't be a system of justice.

enigma, this is totally political. but then again, so is everything. that is why i don't like our system. freedom of thought is not allowed. fit in this box. i refuse.
