Robert, realize we has a nice run-up since the October lows, approximately over 33%:

A little profit-taking was inevitable. In regards to the INTC rumors, they have been around for a while, IMO, I doubt it.

I'd guess it was the DRAM price pullback since beginning of December. Kurlak made bearish comments about the group last week as well. Otherwise, who knows? Normal profit taking.

I've heard ZERO on a buyout. RE: $100 in Q1, your guess is as good as mine. Stock is pricey as it is, so I'd probably bet against it.
