I am not a tax man nor do I have any idea about interstate taxes on th net...I do know that sales tax in Cal. is higher than Texas and Oregon has none..That is the extent of my knowledge on sales tax.

The only time you pay taxes on mail order is when you are purchasing something in the state that the company does business in (i.e. located). There has been a push by states recently to change this so you'll be taxed regardless of where you live and order from. Costing the states billions in tax revenues. WOrking on same type of regs w/the internet as well. Hopefully, they'll never agree.
