As far as I understand, CREAF is operating under Nasdaq buy back guidelines only. There is no requirement for them to report trades under that authority. If they aren't buying in Singapore it's for some other reason. Maybe there just isn't any big block sellers there and they aren't interested in messing around with a bunch of nickel and dime buys. Or maybe they know that the Singapore price is really irrelevant. The price is set in the US and Singapore will always tag along.
