Haim..quite a likeness to 1937 huh? Very interesting..But the one thing I am keeping an eye on longer term is the MACD on a monthly basis..as long as this doesnt turn upwards decisively then I know we are in a longer term bear market.. The same holds true for Japan...Barton Biggs maybe could have looked at the MACD on a monthly basis for Japan...it has not turned up yet decisively.and yet he has called for some kind of bottom...dont they have technical analysts at Dean Witter??
