One more piece of "DD"....

I'm a little lost why Tapie is such an asset?

AIX-EN-PROVENCE, France (Mar 27, 1998 - 13:25 EST) - Former Olympique Marseille boss Bernard Tapie faces a longer prison term if he loses his appeal against embezzling 100 million francs ($20 million) from the club.

The prosecution on Friday asked for Tapie to be given a four-year prison sentence, with two years suspended, and to be banned from public office for five years.

Tapie was appealing against a three-year prison term, with 18 months suspended, and a three year ban from public office for misappropriation of corporate funds, forgery, receiving and complicity.

Tapie, once a high-flying businessman and, briefly, minister for urban affairs, has also been sentenced to two years in jail, of which 16 months were suspended, for match-rigging. The 1-0 win over Valenciennes in 1993 helped Marseille win their fifth successive French league title the week before Marseille beat AC Milan to become the first French club to win the European Cup.

The prosecution asked for the embezzlement and match-fixing sentences to not to be served concurrently.

As usual, hypesters shift the focus....

Someone asked for dd - I provided. You have not answered my concerns but only restated them in a manner I did not intend.

I do not know if France Telecom Multimedia is really part of France Telecom (the big guy) or just a small business unit. I don't know if they are real or fake.

What would help is a link from the real France Telecom site to the goa site, and thus the CLicktoplay site. It would also help if goa.com were up????

You guys are getting a little too defensive here!

The technolgy is good! The company looks intriguing, but if you expect intelligent investors to just plunk down lots of money based on Malko's words, ain't gonna happen. We need some solid facts, answers to skeptical questions like mine (without whining). They are valid questions. I'd invest if I had some good answers.

Please provide me with some. I'm on your side - I WANT a triple.

The way to get it is to present the facts, not the mush...

TIA
