Mohan, I tend to agree with that article. I don't
believe there is going to be any major breakdowns
because of Y2K, but there will be a mild panic
that will take the market down. Some people
(like you and me) will try to get out of the market
early, but that is only going to exacerbate the problem.

P.S. I start a 2.5 week vacation from Monday.
I am 100% cash in my trading account and fully
invested in my mutual funds. I had cashed in 50%
of my mutual funds on Dec 1st, but
got back in on Friday. That was a profitable trade.
I don't think we have found a bottom yet, but I was
afraid I would miss the bottom while celebrating
New Year in Trivandrum.
