Have to agree with you Lorne. I hope Craig Taylor-Altamira and Leith Wheller are happy. Quite funny that before the takeover announcement BBR.A stock was rising to 6.50. Yet these two guys tendered to BDX. I think what may have really ticked these two firms off was BBR.A president (Ironside) took down a big position at around $5 in a private placement. It was announced when the stock was >6 and on the move. I have held BBR.A for a long time and if you are all questioning there reserves real value then you all better question your other oil/gas holdings.
I think the bottom line is mid-senior companies just didn't want to issue more shares or take on more debt when they have zero confidence the price of oil/gas will rise in the next production year. When you see Poco,Anderson,Northrock trading lower each day its no wonder these companies were unwilling to make a superior offer to BDX.
Hopefully the new guy will clean house and remove senior staff. You can imagine there are alot of quality workers available in Alberta right now. Just an opinion.

This is to anyone who can give me an answer?

I own 400 shares of Blue Range and was out of the country for the past 6 weeks. I got home late last night and was going through the mail and noticed the offer from Big Bear. I missed the deadline to tender my shares, so I still have these 400 shares of BBR.A. Can someone clue me in to what my options are regarding this situation.

Will BBR.A be trading on Monday?

Or will I still be able to get in on the offer. I see in the offer to purchase literature there is a section on Acquisition of Blue Range shares not deposited.

Since it is the weekend I am not able to contact my discount broker for information, so if any can give me some insight I would appreciate that.

Thanks

Graham
