Ice - Are you out there? What's your take on the SB-2, now that it's deemed effective? Will we see the typical price rise? I'm also under the impression that TK doesn't actually "own" what's been registered to them. A lot of the converted shares have covered their huge short position. So the real question is, approximately how many shares DO they currently have, and are they going to be restricted for 1yr, or are they free trading? BONZ, Ice, or Alan, please include your input on this.

In the past Ice has mentioned to chart when the SB-2 was filed, and from that point on, you'll see the price begin to rise. IF TK does still have a large long position, wouldn't it be in their best interest to try and unload it little by little at prices much higher that this ridiculous sub .40 cent range we're currently in?

Thanks for your input.
