I've encountered no problems with either Datek Online or with Quicken98. You will need to enter your account number twice without dashes as well as use your Datek password as the pin. The User Name is NOT the same as the Account Number. It would sure be nice if Intuit would offer a good Schedule D organizer similar to Schwab's old Equalizer software. Try emailing support@datek.com and they will assist you.
