Good post. It seems that everyone, and
I mean *EVERYONE* (sorry to shout but I
must make this point) has forgotten one
important fact.

Dick Morris (a Clinton advisor) testified
before the grand jury that Bill Clinton
called him about the time the Monica story
broke. Dick Morris conducted a poll to
find out the mood in America. He called
the President back and said: "The Public
would forgive an adulterous affair but
would not forgive lying to the Grand Jury".
Bill Clinton replied "Well then, we just
have to win". Clearly this goes back to
the decision to deny perjury. The White-
house believes that the American People
will accept him for an affair but not for
lying under oath.

The final word: Bill Clinton's own pollster
told him he is toast if he committed perjury!
