[just because contracts have not been announced does not mean no progress has been made.]

Your logic is faulty -- it would have been better to say that since there is no public information about signed contracts, their existence is indeterminate. (There is insufficient information to say they do or do not exist.)

Of course, given DGIV's history, my opinion is that they don't exist.

Hello everyone, I thought it would be interesting to post a new thread that Coffee just started. Seems that they don't admit shorting Stocks. However...

FileNet (Nasdaq: FILE) Time to Short?

After running up over 100% from earlier lows and with uncertain 4th Q results ahead I think theres a good chance FILE could revisit previous lows until investor confidence is restored with either positive 4Q results or solid future revenue/profit forecasts. I'm not short yet but at these prices it is very tempting. IMO

Regards,
Mark

Good Afternoon Risk-

A very good summarization of the sales process for DGIV and why it is so long. It is one that I don't think any of us back in June fully understood and why we were all expecting contracts to have been announced by now.

My feeling that we will see the fruits of Mr. Chin's labors over the next 30 to 45 days. I am an investor so I can wait!

Have a great weekend everyone!!!!
