AARRGGH!! Thanks to a lack of caffeine, I let some ambiguity slip into my previous posting.

In a previous paragraph, I referred to the existence of contracts, and then I wrote this sentence: "Of course, given DGIV's history, my opinion is that they don't exist."

So, before someone corrects me, what I should have said is "Of course, given DGIV's history, my opinion is that the contracts don't exist."

I need a double espresso!

sorry, but I think your reasoning is biased.
no public announcement regarding contract negotiations has been made, so we have two choices:
we either believe that progress toward final contract signing has been made

or no progress has been made.

You are an admitted shorter (as per your own posting last week). Of course, you would try to convince others that no progress has been made.

The simple fact is you don't know about any potential progress toward contract signing. You are just guessing, or better yet, you are just HOPING that no progress has been made. Why? you are a shorter!

of course, you may attempt to deny you are a shorter, just like you attempted to deny you once stated you would never be back on this thread. Like I have written previously, seems like what you post is NOT worth much. With these precedents, why should any one believe you when you write your OPINION that no progress toward contract signing has been made?
