It's hard to tell the direction from this point and I don't think market is so overvalued except for some tech stocks. so I started buy at this level and will continue average down if market go down, and start buy some tech issues when NASDAQ pull back to 1800 level which is the 200 day SMV.

I think you are wise to take your cues from the NASDAQ. I particularly watch the NAS 100. That is where the action is and will be for the next several weeks.
