Heyy Don,
Good morning to you. For your viewing pleasure etc. check out
geminids.com ,, have been watching the warm-up show if you will all week. Wednesday I saw an incredible display as one meteor shot down and split, the right side was aprox 2/3 and left was 1/3 sending both in opposite directions was hella-kewl!!!! According to info we may be able to see in excess of 110 per hour.
Friday night we had a ring around the moon, just beautiful, although I can't recall what the name of that is, oh well.
The Leonids were a bust for me due to poor visibility dang clouds, anyway here is hoping all have clear weather next few days and get a chance to see the glorious Geminids. AMBTS,, Barbara
