Bermuda again. Consider the implications of Xoma's move on the now-almost-forgotten search of a year ago for a large pharmaceutical partner. Does the move signal Xoma has given that up? Certainly it would only complicate a buy-out or merger unless by a British firm. But doesn't it also complicate other forms of partnership? I don't recall the prospectus said anything on this score, though Robert or George may have memorized it by now and can correct me at once.
