Jim,

The technical picture is starting to look to me like the Dow will break below that triangular area I mentioned last week and fail upon an attempt to recover above it. 7600 is starting to creep into the picture again.

Thanks James, as a newbie, I loved your last posting!
It was precise and easy to understand with pictures.

I think the next week will be very exciting to watch.
(When is the triple witching day? Coming Friday?)

A showdown between bears and bulls.

Bear:https://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=6806428
Bull:http://www.cnnfn.com/quickenonfn/investing/9812/11/q_lookahead/

Would all bears raise your paws and all bulls raise your horns?
Let's have a vote on this. (just want to see this thread's consensus)

Let me go first,
I will have to vote for bear, around 8550 by the end of next week. - with week's lowest point of 8400 (A dummy can give it a shot too right?) <gg>

I got these numbers from purely looking at the daily DJI chart and common sense. Since the market HATES uncertainty, until the house vote on the matter the market will be weak.

Female 'Viagra rape squad' strikes in London

LONDON (December 11, 1998 10:05 p.m. EST nandotimes.com) - A man was rescued by police after he was bound and gagged in a hotel bedroom and force-fed Viagra by two blonde women calling themselves the "Viagra Rape Squad," it was claimed Saturday.

The Sun tabloid related how "two stunning blondes" picked up a businessman at a nightclub in London and offered him a threesome.

But once in a hotel room in west London, the pair chained the 25-year-old to a bed, taped his mouth and forcibly had sex with him, The Sun said.

He was freed by police the following morning after hotel staff heard his muffled cries and discovered a sign on the hotel door reading
"Viagra Rape Squad Strikes Again."

Next to the chained man, officers found a sex toy, an empty bottle of vodka and two Viagra pills, according to The Sun.

No complaint had been made to the police, the paper added.

The Transportation Average...
decisionpoint.com

Note how the transportation average is also breaking resistance levels to the downside... This average has been a leading indicator for the market on the upside and downside this year... It makes sense since Transportation stocks are tied in with the Airlines, Trucking, and Rail... These are the movers of people and goods... So, its current downward bias is yet another indication of a declining market atmosphere...

How do you know this is a bottom?
