I've simply used quote.com's Market Pulse service. Cost is about $750 a year which includes the service and real time exchange fees for AMEX, NASDAQ and NYSE. They have some valuable top 10 lists and it shows pre and post market trades. Another interesting thing is you can watch the S&P 500 literally trade 24 hours a day.
