Are you holding a position in FILE? I read their past two quarterly reports and it is stated: "Therefore, the Company believes that period-to-period comparisons of its results of operations are not necessarily meaningful and should not be relied upon as indications of future performance. Moreover, such factors could cause the Company's operating results in a given quarter to be below the expectations of public market analysts and investors. In either case, the price of the Company's common stock could be materially adversely affected." Thus, I think the stock price may be moving up because of a few reasons. 1. They will report higher than expected earnings. 2. Takeover rumor. 3. Extremely oversold after last quarter's horrible earnings. IcyGual
