ISP Sues PSINet For Overselling Service

A Florida ISP has filed a lawsuit against PSINet, claiming the larger ISP has oversubscribed its services.

Fort Lauderdale-based Quest Net filed the suit, claiming Herndon, Va.-based PSINet, which is a tier-one ISP that sells backbone services to other ISPs like Quest Net, failed to deliver on the capacity it promised.
