THE YEAR 2000 PROBLEM
By Jim Moore of year2000stocks.com

Alydaar Software Corporation Keeps On Going!

Thursday Alydaar Software (ALYD) announced that they had joined
Hewlett-Packard's Cure2000 Partnership program which according to a
press release is a portfolio of Year 2000 tools and services with
experience in the Hewlett-Packard systems. The way this partnership
works will be that Hewlett-Packard will include ALYD on its list of
service providers to assist the already established customers of
Hewlett-Packard with their Year 2000 remediation process. One of the
ways that ALYD will be used will be in their service area of
Independent Validation Verification (IVV) in which the customers will
begin a confirmation that their code will work successfully in the year
2000.

Also according to the press release there is no standard for companies
to use to know whether the software is 100% year 2000 compliant, but by
using the IVV process ALYD will be able to verify that a company's code
will be able to operate in the Year 2000. By accessing the Internet
and by sending them information on their systems Hewlett-Packard
customers will be able to receive quotes for IVV audits from ALYD
followed by ALYD sending back electronic message containing the
estimate of the time and the cost of the project.

Alydaar's focus over the last couple of years has been geared toward
resolving that Year 2000 problem. The company specializes in software
reengineering and system migration services. And they seem to be a
company that is aggressively attacking be Y2K problem.
Regards,
Norden
