What all those presidents did was for their personal philosophy of what was good for country. The difference is that all of these -gates have been for Bill's personal benefit. Travelgate - job for cousin Filegate- blackmail anyone who gets in way monicagate- cover up like he has done with many other women with threats. If the dress with his semen on it had not come forth Monica would have been vilified by Bill using the entire force of US Gov. Instead OJ Clinton used the defense of attacking investigator Starr (Furhman in OJ simpson terms) and chanting "Four legs good, 2 legs bad". Follows "Animal Farm" to the letter. All the other Presidents believed in something. This one doesn't. He believes in polls. Thats wyhy ther is so much waffling back on forth on explanations on anything that happens with him
