Maurice, good post, and I agree with the danger you pose about the service organization becoming more important than the people it serves. Although I still think the FDA is in a no-win situation, I don't have any idea why it would be "any skin off their nose" to allow patients with terminal diseases to continue to receive medication which is benefiting them. They certainly shouldn't be concerned about the long term effects of an experimental drug on such people. Regards, Bob
