Absolutely nothing, you're right. He should be impeached regardless of how long he stands in the rose garden misty eyed and bitting his lip.

jg. I agree with you that NOW it doesn't matter anymore if he apologizes or not because it isn't real. (I wonder if he is still meeting with those ministers every week to keep him on the straight and narrow! ;>)
He had his chance initially. The way he answered those questions, when he thought it was all over, and refused to talk about censure anymore, made me convinced he should go
