regarding the pe of 35, it is based on don young thinking a dell like pe could be achieved after more investors realize their internal growth rate is around 30-35 p% on an earnings basis going forward. also he believes they wuill continue to talke market share. Pru has an official target of 42. analyst will have to address this sometime,but since she just raised her target a little over a week ago, I doubt she will do anything until after the qtr is announced. At that point, I assume if there aren't any negative surprises, she will raise it somewhat. personally, I feel with no negative surprises, I have no target. it just becomes on of the "have to own" stocks that will move with the nifty fifty. in that senario, 60 is doable by ira season IMHO
