To all,

With the amount of shares pending to be converted, the stock price won't head north. They can either go bankrupt OR keep issuing more and more C/D's to survive and the stock holders suffer.

Good bye to the ***king TPII management, this is the perfect candidate for year end capital loss.

Yeah, those are all Kernaghan outfits. And that's why Kernaghan now owns the company.

On another note: I've just got to say how far E*Trade has come in the past year. No, I don't work for them or even own their stock but they are just tops now. Free Level II and streaming quotes are among the latest features. Now we get to participate in some of the top IPOs. We got eBay at $18, XOOM at $14 and this coming week Concur(not yet firmly priced.) Not so sure how well Concur will do but this is just great!

Since I'm way off topic already, keep an eye on AFRI.

Alan

How does the old saying go: Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me? Well, what do you say after getting fooled a half dozen times? (g)

The sad thing is this thread is kind of like a family, a large support group, a body of people that certainly deserves much better than the outright lies being fed to them. I have to say that I tip my hat to anyone out there who has been able to successfully trade this stock.

MB. I missed those. Should have been in the audited f/s.

I don't think any of this matters anymore as you bet the new owners (TK) once they are fully converted at .30 - .40 cents will run this thing higher to make more money.
