DCTC was at $5 1/2 on 2/04/1997; DCTC was at $4 5/8 in OCT.,1997; in past 6 months,DCTC didn't perform well; DCTC was driven down from$2 13/16 in July,1998 to $0.67 in OCT.,1998, OUR question is WHY a fundamentl solid stock fall down like that? were there any manipulation in the stock? WHO? to make shorts miserable, there is a solution: SPIN OFF cyberfax, give 5 shares of CYBERFAX to every 10 DCTC shares, then for every 2 DCTC shares shorted,the SHORTS will have to buy back 2 DCTC shares + 1 CYBERFAX share.
