Had one of those wonderful, restores-your-faith-in-humanity, billing experiences last week. Attorney was supposed to have some work done for me on a certain date; didn't hear from her so I called her office to follow up. Receptionist checked with another member of her firm who let me know that my attorney was out of town and would be back on xx/xx/xx ; then tried to bill me in the roll-up for letting me know that! Hilarious!!! As the old saying goes, "It takes an attorney three bites to eat a grape." ; )
