Databases dont really have that kind of stuff that I can think of offhand... well Oracle ERP for example uses a program "concurrent mgr" for scheduling - you would have to make something like that available as core funtionality to sell one of these SQL OS things.

Chekced out Oracle 8 yet? :-)
