Happy new year to you. Madison had a nice move Friday, and several
of my juniors also had nice moves, hopefully on the basis of
positive developments, but perhaps more related to cessation of
tax-loss selling in many instances. There are many great looking
junior charts (nice rounded bottoms and moving up), and I took
advantage of several. In retrospect, Dec 98 will have been a great
year to have followed Kaiser's bottom fishing technique.
