I don't know the answers to your questions.
I still think its funny that this a.m. I
saw Woodward and Bernstein on "Meet the
Press". They brought down President Nixon
with a still un-named source called "Deep
Throat". Do you think Ken Starr could have
used an un-named source in his testimony?
The Bar for eliminating Republicans has
been lower than the bar for Democrats, that
is for sure.

BTW, Capone was convicted of perjury, ie
he made false statements on his IRS tax
form and thats how they nailed the most
dangerous of American criminals in history.
Funny thing was, like Clinton, Al Capone
was quite popular. The people loved him.
Parents used to have him kiss their babies
and pose for pictures. Perhaps he should
have taken some polls and argued that the
American People wanted him out on the street
and not in a cell at Alcatraz Prison.
