Chuck,

You're soooo right. Since I don't know what is coming down the pike over the next 2 weeks and would prefer to be surprised anyway, I believe that TSIG will be one of the biggest OTC-BB winners in '99 and people will be kicking themselves, wishing they had gotten in at the .30 level. Funny thing is that everything becomes more valuable when everybody wants it.

Marty and I have a "Trading Places style" $1.00 bet that TSIG will be $10.00 by April 1, 1999. If it's $10.00 or over I lose. Have you ever wanted to really lose a bet?

Chuck - you're definetely reading my mind. TSIG has made some incredible strategic moves and has yet (along with its shareholders) to be rewarded. My guess is that it will take something major that captures the attention of investors in general and then - WATCH OUT !! The news that just came out regarding regarding TSIG's partnership with amplified.com was very significant in my opinion but appears to have been underestimated by investors for the time being.

I have no idea when the world will finally start paying attention - but when it happens - TSIG shareholders will finally be rewarded. TSIG will have it's day. It will take some spark -- perhaps a closing of a major deal - perhaps a mention by James Cramer on the thestreet.com or Steve Harmon on the Internet Stock Report or even CNBC.

Until then -- I'm sitting tight and accumulating more. Good luck to all of us ! There are not many internet stocks that you can buy for 30 cents !!

Regards,

Phil

<< where I live, .25 cents gets you only 20-minutes on a parking meter downtown!>>
I need to move to your city. I only get 12 minutes for 25 cents in New Orleans.
