Carl, we are at a possible transition here, if we hold 8650 on the DOW and 310 or so on the SOX, then the turnips may once more blush a little. From a fundamental point of view, we should expect the torrent of negative warnings to increase and that could get us into another spill like the July/October bear market, IMHO. Note that we had a series of days where the tick exceeded -1000 (but never got to extremely negative readings), that indicates to me that the bullish bias has been broken. So, yes, the turnips are paling, and if 8650 is breached, they'll turn outright bearish.

Hello Carl, are you expecting a head & shoulders formation to complete on the semis and is your short of MU a technical short for now? I'd expect some weakness in the sector as the Korean DRAM supply ramps up.
