Jim, A very belated thank you for this most valuable information! Indeed, the Indian reservations have been an excellent source for buying cigarettes sans taxes. I see you have imparted this same information to one who has long professed a profound interest in lending aid to the American Indians and who has advocated restitution for what the Indians lost at the hands of some of our ancestors, and just know that this was graciously received and appreciated. I am reasonably sure that this is an avenue of which she had not been previously aware, and one which would be of great benefit to those she wishes to help. Is this true? Restaurants and bars in New York State no longer allow smoking? What Is the world coming to??!! Holly
