Soros--here I am, wildly flailing around the Universe searching for the Global 2000 "plan". And perhaps it is simply letting Y2k bug go as is. perhaps this will be the best eliminator of problems in tandem with the other goings on imaginable. Perhaps that is why you are so honed in on this problem you really don't see the others. Interesting, indeed. A great and incredible problem, WHICH HAS BEEN LEFT ALONE BY GLOBAL UPPER ESCELON DESIGN. Ujntil the very last minute when fiscal 2000 is about to kick in in 6 months, and now the world is in an uproar. Very, very, very hokey, indeed, looking at it clearly for once. As usual, I always hope I am totally wrong. :)
