Elio, this plainly says that BNEZ paid $20,000 in cash (not stock). But I don't doubt many new restricted shares have been issued to pay for acquisitions, Dr. Clark, etc. But I doubt any have been issued as treasury shares......this would not be wise move for 20-30 cents a share.

Looking forward to Mitchell's report...and hopefully some good news.

The OTC Digest disclaimer clearly states that BNEZ paid $20k. That is CASH and NOT stock! Clearly, BNEZ considers their stock undervalued!
