I see from your response that you have misunderstood what I was saying. I am also disappointed to see the hostility level rising. God never told anyone to make converts at the end of the sword. If anyone did that and claimed they were doing it for God, they were deceiving themselves and no true christian at all. The Catholic church murdered many christians who broke away and said the catholics were wrong and evil. The Pope wanted control. The Pope approved the crusades and inquisition, not God. The Pope was just a man that gained power in the organization and then used it to increase that power, but not to do any real service to God. They had deluded themselves into thinking they were right, but they were not. You reject Jesus only because evil men did evil things in His name. Bob
