Alien, Whatya mean "the shorts are out"???? Last time I checked there were almost 8 million shares held in short positions. Those boxed players will now be smart to cover into someone elses shares and ride up their long position. God only knows they made enough riding Vivus down into the 2's. Everything looks to be falling into place now for Vivus. The timing is almost ripe for a significant rally to the upside. If ol Leland manages to sign a deal with AstraZeneca then those 8 million shorted shares are going to have a hard time all covering out of their positions if they are not hedged positions.
