Code-A-Lot -- even if AOL used the Boca device, it doesn't rule out WAVX. It's all a lot of speculation around here about who will line up with whom, but the bottom line for WAVX is just to get Embassy widely distributed. Because Embassy is embeddable in just about anything, they don't rely on any one vendor. In fact, it would be helpful to know if Boca uses the IGST chipset, which will have Embassy on board. If so, then it doesn't matter whether AOL uses Boca or GI or Acme. From the link you provided, it doesn't seem that Boca's device has anything resembling the security and content metering functions that Embassy. I bet that it will come with Embassy embedded, sooner or later. Who knows. Thanks for the heads up on Boca though.
