You are right, the shareholders never benefit, but there are others besides the lawyers who profit from class action suits. Pluvia has no long position in SBTK, yet he is looking for plaintiffs. I wonder why? I asked him on this thread, but he wouldn't say. Is he getting some sort of finders/consultant/retainer fee from a law firm?

He appears to surface on many threads, asking for people who want to sue, whenever a stock drops suddenly. For someone who is so quick to criticize company management whenever he thinks they are not being totally open, he is strangely silent and defensive when asked directly if he is getting paid to find plaintiffs.
