June 18, 1998, we had a 12 by 1 reverse split. 30.000.000 shares were outstanding and 35.000.000 shares were the authorized shares. From those shares, right in that moment, the float became 3.000.000 shares. The rest, 32.000.000 shares, the company took possession and they became TRESURY SHARES. If people is telling the true we requested certificates for over 3.000.000 shares (more than half already in hour hands). REMEMBER BEN EZRA (Jack) told us by fax that he is the mayor shareholder of the company and Mitchell told us that HE GOT CERTIFICATES (of course). In no more than one or two weeks everybody will have their certificates. THE ORIGINAL FLOAT WILL BE DRY. With all the shares in our hands where are coming the rest? 1} MM's are selling NAKED SHARES(ghost shares) or 2) Company issued NEW SHARES. Numbers don't lie. WAKE UP AMERICA.........!!!!!!!!!!!TWO AND TWO ARE FOUR. That's all, simple. Can't make two and two are three. If it's raining you can't tell me it's snowing. If we have 80 degree, you can't tell me it's 32 degree. Once again and for the last time; with the float in the hands of Jack and investors WITH CERTIFICATES, where are coming from the shares we trade every day? Thanks, Elio

Trad....... You better back your post with regard to me or I will stay on your ass. "I make a cameo appearance and clear out new investors"? I have posted on BNEZ and was a share holder long before you. You know me very well from the USXP threads and know most of what I said came true. I just got back from TJ and am reading these posts. It is very late and I suggest you rethink what you stated. I don't post a million times commenting on the daily position of the stock. I am and have been very long on this stock. My comments at several posters were directed at what they posted or their posting style not against their personage. Trad you have PMEd me several times in the past. Like I said I strongly suggest you you rethink your idiotic statement about cameo appearances. I don't recall you being the thread guru and enlightening us with new info. I don't see a need to post on BNEZ twenty times a day. If my going out of town bothers you that much I'll make sure to bring a laptop with me to Mexico. Lol Lakers
