You are wrong. So what if it is a penny stock, it was an investment. So what if it was a penny stock, the company lied. So what if it was a penny stock. Your observations are wrong mister and I am not going away.

Mike,
You are correct on many of your observations. People should know better than to put more money into a penny stock than they can afford to lose. However, the fact is, some of the people here have done just that.

Where I disagree with you, however, is when you say that people shouldn't expect honesty in their business dealings with these companies. The label "penny stock" does not give one a signed permission slip to defraud investors with no consequence!

Yes, people should know better, and many do. But the reason most folks who will preach "stay away from penny stocks" have that opinion is because they themselves have likely been burned. They speak from experience. That is why you should NEVER doubt the word or even concern yourself with the motive of a naysayer. (The five most dangerous words on SI, imo are: "He's only saying that because...")

Those who have been burned try to warn others, and investors argue amongst themselves. All the while, the companies are just churning right along, doing their thing, oftentimes perpetuating the fraud. Eventually, those who were fighting the warnings of others get burned too, and then they shift from the role of "player" to "warner".

While those who warn are increasing in number, we don't hold a candle to the number of potential victims out there in internetland. We MUST have the assistance of the SEC and other regulatory authorities, or this will continue to be the largest arena of legalized thievry in existence today.

While my opinion of Eutro has not been good in a very long time (since they burned me and LIED about it before), this post is in no way exclusively directed towards them. There are thousands of EUTOs out there, and millions of victims of their unfair business practices.

People have a right to and deserve fair business practice from these companies, and to deny that right on the basis of "you should know better than to expect truth" is insane, imo.

If someone feels they have been wronged by Euto or any other company, they should file a report with the SEC. If it involves the internet, they should also file their report with the FCC ( fcc.gov ), as it occurs over interstate telephone lines. If in involves unfair trade, they should also file with the Federal Trade Commission.

Our tax dollars, and God knows they are plenty, pay for these organizations who are there to serve and protect the public. They have to know there is a problem in order to serve and protect.

Mike,
I completely agree with you... except for point #7, I would add
sell; wait 30 days to avoid recapture, and then rebuy..
Thanks for the great post!
