You're correct Elio.

It just seemed (in the post I responded to) that there was confusion between treasury shares & restricted shares.

And yes, the SEC changed (I forget when) the restriction period from two years to one year. They would be restricted for longer than one year IF the agreement they were issued under stated a longer time period.
