He has a broad-based litigation practice, representing clients in state and federal courts, and in alternative dispute resolution proceedings. A substantial focus of his practice involves the defense of products liability lawsuits. He also represents clients in litigation involving intellectual property, environmental issues, real estate, and commercial, contract and franchise disputes. Mr. Solomont is also a mediator of tort and contract disputes and is on the Board of Directors of the Dispute Resolution Center in Framingham, Massachusetts.
