To DCI Readers, I made an error in that I meant for my responding post to exist on the SI Zulu/ESVS thread, not the DCI Telecommuniations--DCTC Today thread. Someone posted a link to this document from the Zulu thread. And given that Zulu was unfairly hit by bashers, etc., I wanted to cite that area of the document for Zulu readers, not DCI readers. Thus, when I was responding, I thought my response was going to appear only on the Zulu thread. Sorry for the confusion. I didn't realize this had happened until you notified me. Thank you for making me realize my error. PT
