Where would oil prices go if OPEC halted exports for a month? My guestimate is $14-$15.

My take now is that OPEC and non-OPEC producers will soon cut production modestly. Perhaps enough to push prices back to $12-$13. Nothing dramatic, but even that should push the OSX up perhaps 25% from its current exceedingly depressed level.
