Skeeter, it can't go to the Senate unless he is impeached. That's the way it works. If he is impeached, then it goes to a trial in the Senate, who will decide if he will be removed from office. At this point, impeachment is anybody's guess. It's conviction in the Senate which appears unlikely, since it requires a two-thirds vote, and the recent election weakened the Republicans' majority.
