Huge US trade deficit $65 billion last qtr Eventually the rest of the world will want fewer US $ move some of those $ into gold. $65 billion is 5700 tonnes of gold

Robert : Y2k problem!

I believe I saw a story that US federal reserve will print up a extra 50 Billion in dollars because of the chance people doing a run on banks towards the end of next year.

As well take a look on the increase in the money supply around the world which is very inflationary.

Bob, I agree, am expecting a good move in gold, mainly the US$ and interest rates will have to come down farther to combat the deflation wave, this should be bullish for gold
