I tend to agree with this. However, one has to ask the question "why?" What can Ciena possibly have cooking that's better than $25, even a year out? They've already made the concession that Ciena is not going to make it alone that they're better off paired up. Only thing left is price.

I wouldn't be at all surprised to see us make a run at $10 again if nothing new happens.

There is no question that TLAB and CIEN have left the door open.

Very observant of you. CSCO and TLAB are currently negotiating for formal offers on CIEN. The only question is which company ends up with CIEN. Personally I'd like to see CSCO end up as the acquiring company. I am surprised that there isn't any real discussion about the impending buyout offers on this thread.

The "doom and gloom" crowd here is in for a rude awakening very soon.
Back up the truck on any real weakness.
